Transmission and rear diff flush. Always courteous and knowledgeable staff. My experience with them has built far more trust than any dealer I've had do work, and this occasion was no different. Work was done quickly and cost was in line with what I expected.

This was my first visit to Rick's, and it certainly will not be my last. I took my truck to another repair shop first. They gave me a high estimate that felt like they were just hoping I would go away. I did. I decided to bring it to Rick's for a second opinion. They were very thorough and were able to answer all of my questions. While I opted not to pursue the repairs on this vehicle, I absolutely appreciated the honesty, openness, and willingness to give me an answer, even if it's one I didn't want. I've tried a number of different repair shops in the area. Rick's is the first one that I feel confident about bringing my vehicles back to. I only wish I had discovered you years ago!

Everyone was nice and the service was fast. They even worked during the polar vortex! Dangerous, but I thank them because I needed my car. It was less than estimated, which was good news. And they even gave me a rose, which has brightened up my living room. Seriously, probably some of the nicest folks -- and they accept the Costco Auto Club, which was an added bonus. Would def recommend and will def use again. And again. And, knowing my car, again. :)

On the coldest day of the year I had NO heat in my van, within 24 hours I was up and running, great service

Awesome job!😊 took great care of my Chevy Uplander changing out transmission lines That were worn out and leaking! Changed my Oil, and had a coupon for $5 dollars replaced Wipers and we’re the premium blades!👍😊
