There where some communication concerns as far as to when things would be ready and done. Expected a call, didnt get one, then when I called the vibe was that I should have known for some reason it was ready. I think it was a situation of someone, thought someone else let me know specifics that didnt, or they where in a hurry and thought they had been clear when they hadn't. I was also concerned that after I got the key, and went to get into it, it was unlocked. I hope it had not been like that all night. Overall they got the job done, and I am willing to go back again and will just consider the above's a fluke.
