Brought in a used car for diagnostic. Said $69 on phone, guy at the desk told me it was $125. When I said this to him, he just changed it without explanation as to why he would’ve even said it was $125. Seems like the prices are a bit malleable and they were just going to charge me up. Service was supposed to take 45 minutes per guy at desk and ended up waiting 30 extra minutes. People were nice and helpful overall however.

I have trusted all my auto repairs with Rick's for 30+ years and will continue to use them. Great Honest Service is hard to find and Rick's is all that and more.

They take great care of the vehicle and always explain what happened. Last time I needed to repair a melted O2 sensor and a ripped duct on the engine and they even kept the old ones to show me. I strongly recommend them!

Definitely reccomend. Their prices are very affordable. I dropped my vehicle off Monday and got it diagnosed and repaired Tuesday morning. They did an awesome job and kept me updated on everything they did. Very speedy and professional. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs!
