Our SUV's battery kept dying, and we weren't quite sure if it was simply the battery was worn out or if there was something that was continually drawing amps from it, unbeknownst to us. Rather than just doing the obvious ~ replacing the battery ~ Rod & crew ran a series of tests to confirm what the problem actually was. Turns out we DID need a new battery, but we also received something else: confidence that our problem was SOLVED and not just covered up. Thank you for being a team we can have confidence in to take care of us so well!

I caught a curb in the recent snow storm. It happened on Saturday night. I brought my Kia to Rick's on Sunday Afternoon and filled out the form that is conveniently located by the key drop. Rodney called with an update on Monday afternoon. He said it looks like the tie rod was damaged and they would replace it Tuesday Morning and run an alignment. It was quick and good service and they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff like they do at car dealerships. If I need work done in the future, my car will go to Rick's!

I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly service at Rick's. When I leave Rick's after I have my car serviced I believe my car is in top shape and safe on the road.

Im very pleased guick honest great great customer service I will recommend you're team and I see you have tons of cars always in lot repaired I live nearby a bike by alot so thank you My TRUCK IS DRIVING SOUND AND FEELS GREAT AGAIN no more issues that had about five things going on from bad install and service from the same part that failedbon the road in a storm a terrible night that was scary Other service place was Zolmans and all issues was from poor work at a crazy price. Your Ricks auto was Quality Work And at a Savings Compared to other places. And great coffee bar and a flower I left with how nice thank you I'll be back when I need ball joints for sure and oil changed$ 34 new pil people not recycled like at quick oil change places 💪🏽💥💥😆
