Scott, thanks so much for the review, enjoyed talking with and sharing places of interest . I see that your poor Olds Alero, hit one of our famous Pot Holes. I've blown two tires myself. Unfortunately, you had a few lights come on, our great Service Writers Rodney and Greg, will go over the needs of your car. I know you got the Cavalier instead of the Chrysler LeBaron as our loaner car will try to have the LeBaron free haha Hope you get to Grand Rapids to see the Gardens in your next adventure.

As has been my experience in the past, I received quick and courteous service when I brought my vehicle in for a regular oil change. I had some questions and Greg did a great job of addressing my concerns. About 2 years ago, I needed a new alternator and battery. These were installed at Rick's Auto Service. So a while ago I started hearing the "rubbing of a pulley." At first it was not clear which pulley was causing the noise but it became clear recently that it was the alternator pulley. So I had an appointment to next day to install a new alternator. There was no charge as they have a 3-year replacement warranty which includes labor. Thus I left without any further charges.

Our Service Writers do their best in answering all your questions, Greg does a great job thanks for letting us know. Abe, keeping your Toyota Corolla up on it's Maintenance is smart driving, and helps your vehicle last longer, and give you peace of mind,

Awesome service. Very knowledgable and gets work done right and on time. The only place I take my Mustang Cobra.

I called on a Monday, at noon, with an emergency! I called and Rodney answered. I explained my problem and he saiid to bring it over and they’d take a look at it. Within a couple of hours Rodney called back and said I was all set! I can’t tell you how thankful I was (and still am) that you were able to get my car fixed so fast!
