There where some communication concerns as far as to when things would be ready and done. Expected a call, didnt get one, then when I called the vibe was that I should have known for some reason it was ready. I think it was a situation of someone, thought someone else let me know specifics that didnt, or they where in a hurry and thought they had been clear when they hadn't. I was also concerned that after I got the key, and went to get into it, it was unlocked. I hope it had not been like that all night. Overall they got the job done, and I am willing to go back again and will just consider the above's a fluke.

They did a great job. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and got my car back exactly when they said I would. They solved all the issues I was having, and my car runs great. Highly recommend them, and I will definitely be back again……..because I drive a Chevy 😢

Amazing place to get your car repaired...the customer service is outstanding. I have a 2002 Saturn and needed back shocks replaced...one of the parts i needed was not easily available and the team at Rick's Auto continued to search for me until they located the part in Colorado...it was shipped to South Bend and my car was fixed in a day. I recommended this shop and will be back for my next car check up.

Rick’s Auto on Jefferson is outstanding. I have always taken my kids cars there during high school and college. This time my wife would not take her Armada back to the dealer to get work done, because they never get it right and always costing thousands of dollars. So, we took it to Rick’s and 1/2 day later with a cost of under $200. They found and fix our problem. Amazing, won’t take my cars anywhere else.
