Great first experience taking my new (to me) '10 Honda Civic in to get an oil change and tire repair. From the first conversation on the phone with Greg until it was time to drive away it was a refreshing experience. Phil uncovered some unexpected things while working on my car. The way that Rodney and Greg communicated every step of the way made me feel fortunate that I was in Rick's when they were discovered. I'll be coming back. I absolutely love this place it was my first time . And I was very satisfied with the work and honesty... left with a rose this has never happened in all the years of oil changes.. I will definitely be back and my Kia will forever be with Ricks ..
