Our policy is always to properly test before we replace any parts, we do this because what customer thinks needs replacing is not always what it ends up actually needing or all that it needs. I went back over the conversation you had with Greg and he did mention that our standard testing is $99.00 which in this case includes removal of the air box assembly for testing and reassembly. Text messages show that you didn't want to spend the money now, he offered payment options which you decided you did not want to do but did show that you knew there was a charge for testing.
