Great place with great honest people! Every time I take my Passat or my wife's Subaru, I always feel like they are passionate about helping us and they also want to help us save money if repairs are needed while maintaining excellent quality of service. My wife and I aren't car savvy, but we never feel like they try to take advantage of us. Greg and Rodney always take the time to explain everything to us. It's just amazing customer service all around!

Fantastic in every way! I was able schedule the appointment online, and received text and email confirmation. I had to reschedule and they were very flexible. They were able to send me a detailed report about my car’s issues and their level of importance. They fixed all of the issues for a very reasonable price. My wife was stranded with battery issues,but was able to get a jump start. She headed to Rick's and they immediately checked the electrical system and confirmed battery was dead, which they replaced. All resolved within an one hour. My fiancé Rickey Jarvis went here and they had him in and out in a day! This included towing his vehicle and getting him in the very last minute! They were fast and extremely professional! They are all very kind and we could not appreciate all of their help enough!!!

Very good service. Last time, I thought I had a leak in my tire and the staff checked it thoroughly and found no leaks and did not charge me a dime! Recently, my tires were under inflated due to the cold weather, I drove it to the shop and the staff put air in my tire, again, without wait or any charge. Premium service, premium integrity, and fair pricing!
