Very professional honest people. Told me I didn't need a particular service right now.

Greg was honest and straight forward to tell me which type of maintenance items need to be done at the 30,000 mileage and what other items can wait until 45,000 or 60,000 miles. He also let me drive a loaner car to work and pick up my car after work - very convenient than waiting for a shuttle bus as many dealers provide (and raised their costs, and we customers would need to pay indirectly.)

had a tire problem and Greg and Rodney helped me. found a small piece of plastic embedded in the tread. Good people and good company.

I had a great experience with Rick’s. They worked me in the day I had the issue which was super important to me, and I know they were very busy! They provided a vehicle for me to drive so I didn’t have to rent one while mine was being repaired, and they worked hard to find a used part so I saved a ton of money on the repair (over $1200). Would highly recommend!
