I took my vehicle into another service facility and they talked to me as if I was uneducated, paused when I answered that they could call me with the problem & cost (felt they were waiting for me to say call my husband), and wanted to charge me over $1000 to fix one of a list of things they found with issues. I left and went to Rick's. They explained what COULD be the issue, talking to me like an adult, and decided they didn't need to do anything at this time. They charged me a partial diagnostic fee and will get the rest when the problem is fully identifiable and needs attention. They will always be my number one choice going forward!
