Terrible. They had my car on and off for months, trying to fix a stall. Then finally "figured" it out, and I paid $190 for a part to fix it. It's still stalled ever since. Driving a car that stalls repeatedly is frustrating, scary, and stressful. If it weren't for the need of a loaner car to get my husband back and forth to cardiac rehab, after a Thanksgiving heart attack, I wouldn't have kept letting them try. But they nvr should have said I needed a part I didn't need, and then charge me for it. They have been called more than once since about it still stalling. I give up. But I won't be silent about the service. I took it there from Oct 2019 through Feb/March 2020. Nothing is fixed.
Suzanne. I’m sorry that you feel you were treated poorly and know that you were frustrated. I talked to the service writer who oversaw the testing on your vehicle. The hardest problem with repairing cars is duplicating the customers concern. Each time you brought your vehicle to us we drove it numerous times and could not duplicate your concern. It was very frustrating to you that we could not get your vehicle to act up and was very frustrating to us also. The service writer explained to me he had numerous conversations with you trying to figure out how to duplicate your concern. The couple repairs we did were things that we tested and they did show as having a problem. We did not charge you for the numerous times we tested your vehicle and the numerous times we drove your vehicle. I am open to any suggestions that you think would help the situation. Thank you for your response. Rick Thomas, Owner
