If you want to be treated like family, go to Rick’s. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop, and these guys know what they are doing.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and an unknown squeak. They were able to find the cause of the squeak with no extra parts. Haven’t heard a noise since! Reasonable and most importantly, honest.

I had a poor experience with another repair facility. My vehicle ran poorly even though it had been “repaired” three times for the same problem. I read the reviews for Rick’s Auto Service and decided to give them a try. The problem was diagnosed and I called the first repair facility to try to get them to repair my vehicle properly. They refused to return my calls. The next day, Rick’s gave me a follow-up call to see how I was doing. When they found out my predicament, an equitable solution was offered where they would step in and finish the necessary repairs. Within a matter of hours, my vehicle was repaired and I was back in the road. Rick’s has an excellent reputation and deservedly so. You can trust Rick’s to find the problem, and fix the problem, the first time.

I have been using Rick's Auto for a little over two years. They are the only mechanic shop I go to. Very trust worthy, polite, friendly, and have never done me wrong or swindled me out of money. I will be taking every car I get here! Love them!
