8/24/2020 Sra, I take every review seriously. If you don't mind taking a few minutes to explain why you think our service is poor. Looking at your history it looks like we only checked out the steering problem but did not fix anything. 8/26/2020 The $99 was for The diagnostic, checking the output from the computer to the steering module, that testing showed all good in the wiring but the steering does not response. The electric power steering rack/module assembly needs replaced and reprogrammed. It is not something that we can just do a quick inspection but something that takes time to properly test it out to see exactly what the problem is. Also, yes you can get it done cheaper, was it the same quality and did it come with a three year warranty for parts and labor.
