Took my vehicle in because it was having a problem with reversing. They told me it needed a couple new engine mounts and that would solve the problem then proceeded to charge me $600. When I received my vehicle the problem that I explained to them was going on was still occuring. They're not open on the weekends so I had to wait until Monday to bring my vehicle back in. On Monday they did a 1 minute ride along and diagnosed the problem then told me I needed a new transmission. Why was this not diagnosed the 1st time before telling me I needed to spend $600 on something I didn't need to????
I've instructed Greg to give you a full refund. I will find out where we messed up and get back with you on that. Talking to Greg, basically we misunderstood what your concern was, our understanding was the problem was there as soon as you put it in reverse, the concern actually happened as you were backing up. I apologize for our misunderstanding and for the fact that you had to bring it back. Thanks for your input.
