$4,000 quote, half way in, nothing get done but a torn up car. Towed the car out, got it done elsewhere for less than half of Rick's quoted amount.

Everyone was very courteous and informative, (as usual), and made me aware of what they planned to do - before doing it! They also complied with all Covid 19 protocols.

I've gone to Rick's for years and years. Just picked up my car yesterday from another thorough repair. Rick's is always fair. They never charge more than is necessary. And the people are wonderful.

Fast and friendly service

On a return trip to Florida we had a transfer case fail on 2017 Pathfinder. Greg was able to find used replacement. The replacement took a couple days...we picked the car up and drove back to Florida. To date no problems. This is the way major repairs should be handled. Thanks, Greg
