I had my check engine light come on 2 weekends ago. I looked up online reviews on local mechanics in the area and I was impressed by Rick's Auto Service's ratings on Google. They had a 4.8 star rating. My parents had used their services before on their vehicle so I decided to give them a call and see what they could do for me. I spoke first with Rodney (it was his birthday that day - there is an inside joke about him thinking I was calling him old over the phone...lol) and he was very kind and asked very detailed questions and gave me information on how and when I could drop off my vehicle. They poured through all the issues I described and got to the root of the issue. They called and told me immediately what was wrong and gave me pricing over the phone. I was also impressed that Rodney said we will give you a timeline as to when things need to be fixed if there were other issues with the car. This made me feel very comfortable to leave my car in their care and service. I'm very glad I chose this mechanic to do my car repair. They had my repair done within a 24 hour period. That's almost underheard of. I also dealt with a gentleman named Greg. He took my keys at drop off and did the payment portion of the repair. He was kind and thorough just as Rodney was. I can say after reading the reviews and experiencing the service with this shop I'm extremely impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. Thank you Rodney and Greg for making this a positive experience as a customer and as a woman. I always dreaded having to go to the mechanic, parts store, or tire shop. I was never treated respectfully anywhere else. Rodney and Greg put those other places to shame. Thank you so much for the positive experience and I will definitely recommend you to anyone in the area.
