After searching for somewhere to get my car repaired for almost a year, that spoke as if they knew what they were doing and for a reasonable price. I finally found Ricks auto service. I Needed a transmission put into my Nissan Murano, a few auto services didn't want to tackle the job, the transmissionhad to be computerizedto my car. But, Rick's spoke with professionalism that let me know that I was in the right place. Thank you and your team for a job well done. ✔️

They were able to get me in the same day. Fixed the issue and only charged me the cost of the diagnostic fee, since it was a simple fix. I really appreciate coming here. For years they have gone above and beyond! Great shop!

Used to be a good shop back in the day would always, take my cars here. Back when Rick was at the front desk and they would hand out roses to their customers. Called today to get a quote on changing a clamp on exhaust Greg answered right away, we don’t touch Mercedes. I mean what kind of mechanic shops don’t work on specific cars. I mean it’s not a Bugatti or Konigsegg I have never heard this is my life lol.

Thank you for proving my point Gregg I have not been in since 2013 because I had just moved back to the area and I wanted to shop around on a quote. people do you want your car fixed or do you want to deal with a passive aggressive owner that argues with you why you have not been in ? If the shop can’t manage exhaust clamps I don’t know how confident I would be in managing complex repairs on domestic vehicles.

I normally work on my own vehicles partially because I don’t trust most repair places. I question many shops in upselling, price gouging, or senseless repairs. Many shops will try to take you for a ride. But when a repair is beyond my expertise, the only place I trust is Rick’s. I’ve long said you can tell a lot about a repair shop judging by how full their parking lot is. If there are no customers, there’s likely a reason. I’m happy to say Rick’s is always busy but not too busy where they don’t have time for you. Fast work and reasonably priced. I personally don’t think there’s a better place in town for car repairs.
