Not an emergency repair but, they were able to get me in the same day. It was important that they had a clean and safe loaner for me. Staff is always professional and friendly.

Rick’s was fantastic! They got my vehicle in quickly and were able to identify multiple issues through the initial diagnostic test. They explained said issues and their fixes to me very clearly and then had my car repaired and back to me the very next day! While I hope I have some time before I need their services again, the next time I have car trouble I’ll definitely be using Rick’s!

Fixed what a reputable auto service company didn't!

I was referred to ricks auto shop By a past employee. My first visit was extremely helpful and encouraging. I have a 2016 jeep Cherokee latitude and I thought there might have been something wrong with the transmission I was hearing strange noises just overall worried about my vehicle. Instead of the three week wait that other shops are currently having ricks auto was able to get me in two days later. The most amazing part is that they were able to look at my car within the first three hours of opening check it out and determined there was nothing wrong with it. They had a couple people look at it drive it they lifted it and it turns out I was just being paranoid. But my experience was over the top. I had gone to four other locations and did not receive near the same customer service. I have scheduled an appointment with them for other work on my vehicle, and moving forward this will be the only place that I take my vehicle I highly recommend the guys at ricks auto shop. Greg the shop manager is the best mechanic I’ve ever encountered. Thank you for helping me!!

Rick’s Auto Service is my go-to repair shop for both my older and newer cars. I get regular maintenance and repairs done there. They work with me if I need to be fit in and are timely with their service. They always answer my many questions. They show me parts and explain things before moving forward with repairs. I trust them to be fair, honest, and (most importantly) keep my car safe for the road, especially now that I have a child. They seem expensive at times, but after calling around they are usually on par with other shops, even shops where employees have much less experience. Thanks Rick’s.

Very good all was complete in a timely manner

Greg was fantastic to work with. A very knowledgeable young man. Honest, upfront, and an all around pleasant guy. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to Rick's in the future!
