I am so glad that I found Ricks Ailuto service. It is so nice to have a dependable and honest place to bring your car for all of its needs. They are always courteous, and prompt. They care about their customers and about what they do!

My air conditioning had stopped working, and it has been awfully hot outside. I suspect a hot summer and needed the problem fixed. My air works now. Within an hour and 20 minutes the problem was corrected and my air gets nice and cold. It’s been two days now, and everything appears to be working in tip top condition. Plus, I have a warranty on their work. So, I just couldn’t beat that service anywhere around here. I am exceptionally pleased!!!!!

So glad I went to Rick's! They stayed in communication with me all day regarding what actually needed to be repaired. The text feature worked perfectly! After a horrible experience at a dealership, Rick's was open and honest - which saved me from $1700+ in unnecessary repairs. I greatly appreciated having access to a loaner car for the day. All in all a great experience!

My last review of Rick's was 3 years old, so it's time to update. But there's really nothing new to say. Rick's is still the absolute best in the area. I trust them with all of our repairs on all of our vehicles. Great value, great service, great people. If you want the best then you want Rick's.
