Ricks does all of my maintenance on our Mini and Infinity SUV’s. Recently they went beyond the call of duty to help diagnose a drive train issue with my AWD Infinity even though it it still under warranty. They isolated the potential issue and spoke with Dreyer Reinbold in Indy to verify the potential problem of driving it to be repaired. Fantastic shop with mechanics who are both ethical and now their business.

They tell it like it is even when it is not what I want to hear. That is why I trust Rick’s and Greg treats us like family. Still the best service around when it comes to fixing our vehicles. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

Excellent service, efficient , friendly , andreasonable. They will definitely be my auto service service from now on for all maintenance and repairs. I took my car in at 8:00 and got it at 3:00 replaced throttle body and did an electronic analysis. Thank you!

Very friendly! Went in for an oil change, oil filter, and new air filter. They got me in quickly. Everything was explained to me throughly. They showed me what I should replace(cabin filter and battery), and the work was very efficient! Thanks again Rick's Auto Service! I shall definitely return!
