I went to get my brakes fixed. I knew it was going to be an expensive fix going in, but was happy to see they didn't charge me more than I had expected. Very very kind and helpful service.

Brought my vehicle in to be assessed for a noise coming from under the hood. The issue was diagnosed appropriately, but was quoted an obscene price. I had the work done elsewhere for less than half of my quote. I hope others aren't getting ripped off on prices like that.

I had a problem with the front end of my vehicle, Ricks found the problem within hours and had it repaired, following that repair I noticed some fluid leakage near the same area, took vehicle in and was told it was a worn seal, Ricks took $100 off of the bill stating the discount was for the seal that most likely should have been replaced during the first repair. That gave me a good feeling of honesty, I told a few friends and they were quite amazed a business would do that, (I feel that this statement will bring Ricks a few new customers) Thank You Rick's Kurt Nimtz

Rick's Auto went above and beyond to fix my hummer. One of the mechanics went and brought his own personal tools in to work on my gas tank and worked over to fix it so I didn't have to spend money and order a new one.
