It's been a long time since I was there but I brought my 2019 camry in after a collision and when I received it back with a replaced front axle the bearing was shaking, I told them on the phone and their response was "it will never be the same as it was" when I reiterated that the loud knocking was not normal they had me bring it in and fixed their mistake for free, when I finally got the car back it was my own lack of diligence but it had hail damage that I didn't report for almost 2 weeks and I wound up with 2 separate insurance claims raising my rates aswell as losing 2x2k in deductible

Ricks Auto has done it again. Top of the line customer service, great mechanics, and the company does right by their customers. They always exceed my expectations. It's hard to find a shop that u trust but they are transparent and work with you whatever u need. There's Noone else I can recommend in the mishawaka IN region.

Had my car towed to Rick’s to have what we suspected was a starter gone bad on my car. Rick’s texting service is great! They texted me that the starter was in fact bad, said they could have it done by the next day, let me know how much it would cost and asked if I wanted them to proceed. SO convenient since I was at work. The car was ready when promised. It’s hard as a single female to find reliable auto repair establishments. Their employees were pleasant, polite, and helpful when I picked up my car. The price was very fair and I appreciate the part and labor warranty. I will definitely go back to Rick’s for any car repairs I may need in the future.

I liked the fact that I was notified about the cost before any work was done. The service was great and the car was done in a timely manner.
