Rick’s was helpful and friendly. Plus I could request an appointment online and communicate via text, which was super helpful. We have been going to a bunch of different shops recently, but I think this is the one.

They knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, and repaired it fast. This was my 1st time. Hopefully the last time as nobody wants car issues, but if I have any in the future, they will be my place to go.

My husband looked at Rick's great Google reviews and called them after another shop overcharged and grossly misdiagnosed my car. Rick's patiently listened as I described the issue, scheduled my car for the very next morning, confidently fixed it, and handed us the keys several hours later. They were a dream to work with!
