My wife and I were in town for a few days, and the starter on our pickup truck started going out, I had to hit the starter with a hammer a couple times to get it started. So I went across the street from the hotel we were staying at to the Midas to get a quote, and the man said it would probably be around $900.00, I said "your crazy" and walked out. By the time I got back to the truck my wife had found Rick's auto service online, and was in the process of getting a quote from them, which was $400.00, and that's a lot easier pill to swallow than $900.00. What we ended up doing was getting a starter from the Ford Dealer down the street, and taking it to them, and they mounted it for $158.00. Thanks Rick's auto service for not gouging us, and if we're ever in your area and need auto service we will definitely come back.

I had forgotten that I used to go to Rick’s when I worked on that side of town but recently I have been looking for a shop I can trust. They were incredibly kind and efficient. My vehicle has a bunch of repairs that need to be made over the next several months but they helped me feel confident in a plan that is within my budget and will get the priority work done first without ignoring other necessary repairs.
