Here's the thing: I just spent a ton of money on my '00 Concord, but it needed a lot of different things repaired. E.g., leaky radiator fluid, coming from 3 separate places including the water pump! Oil was leaking from the pan, it needed a gasket, and there was another problem I am forgetting. It was perfect for a week then the gear shifter would not move out of 'park' on a very cold morning. I had it towed in. Rick gave me a good price on replacing a bad lock-out solenoid, plus a loaner, and fixed it. The next morning it was stuck in park again. I called Rick and he immediately came and towed it in, found the (new) problem - water had entered a old cable & froze, not allowing the shifter to shift - and said he'd fix it at n/c. When his guy was lowering the sub chassis to get at the cable he found a found a bolt and bushing which they had to replace, anyway the whole thing would have cost me $450 but Rick took care of it for free, instantly moving up a galaxy in the star chart
