Had them look at my car for a battery issue. They said it'd be 65-ish dollars. Then they came at me with something over 300 because they had to look at wiring. Not happy with being yanked around. Update to reply- That would have been fine if anything was fixed, but you didn't fix, or replace anything. I tried having you explain the issue to the batteries plus bulbs guys and I bought a battery from them and replaced it myself. All you did was look at it and charge me $200 extra.
I went back and looked at the Repair Order from June of 2020. The initial testing of 69 was for the check engine light. The balance was from tracing out and REPAIRING a short that caused the battery to go dead over a few days of the vehicle going dead. So we did repair the wiring. I'm not sure what else I can say since that was over 3 and 1/2 years ago, the manager we had at that time is no longer with us so I can't ask him to call you, I'm not sure what he talked to you about.
