I thought the Rick's Auto team was very professional and did a thorough job in completing the repair on my car. I really appreciated their assistance in arranging towing for my car after it broke down. It was convenient that they just simply put the towing charge on my bill. I was especially glad for the loaner car as this significantly alleviated the crisis of not having my vehicle with my incredibly busy schedule.

This was my first visit at Rick's. I found their prices were fair and reasonable and they were very accommodating. They loaned me a vehicle to use until the work was done on my car.

All repairs and maintenance that I requested were completed timely (same day) and were done well. I was very happy with how my car drove and sounded when I pulled away after picking up. :) :) And I got roses! Can't go wrong there. Will definitely use again and refer others.
