This was a routine oil change service. As per usual, everything was great!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Rick's!!! They were kind, understanding, and very helpful by taking the time to explain each & everyone of my vehicle's needs. They worked w/ us every step of the way & you can't find many that do that nowadays, if at all! Do not hesitate to take your car to Rick's, you'll be very glad you did!!

I really appreciate Rick's Auto Service. They gave me a free loaner car while my car was in the shop, which made all the difference in the world. The people changing my oil told me I had a blown head gasket and Rick's said that was false. They did not try to charge me more money than needed or perform unnecessary service on my vehicle.
