Rick doesnt know how to run a shop. You bring in a great tech and let him go after 1 week cause you say you can't afford him... that's rediculous. Rick had a 15 year experienced tech with 5 ASE certifications. None of his techs now have ase's..... they don't properly torque lug nuts. Ya know if your slow you can send guys home early......... don't waste payroll.

Had a recent visit where i was quoted a price and discount and i failed to ensure that it included taxes and parts where new. After the repair the cost was higher the number i was told did not include taxes and second the part was re manufactured .. they stand by their warranty but when comparing prices or getting quotes you will need to check. Apparently cant assume you will get new parts. Rick has been excellent on every visit. We were new in town and got very positive refferals and they have lived up to them... they worked with us to get our car in same day due to am emergency and provided us with a vwhicle for the day..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the second time I've taken my car to Rick's. The first was for a water pump, this last time was for an issue that I thought was my transmission. They did a diagnostic but since it wasn't a fully needed, they didn't charge me the full price. Instead I just got a transmission flush and my car runs so much better. If you're looking for someone honest and reasonable definitely give Rick a try . They even have free loaner cars while they work on yours!

Awesome, honest service. Everyone is so helpful and nice. They make it a point to take you and show you any issues on the vehicle and explain things simply, yet thoroughly. Truly great customer service....they call to check and see how things are running/working, and the first time I took my car in, I received a written thank you note in the mail signed by the staff. I won't take my car anywhere else.
