As always, I received excellent service for my vehicle. When I made the appointment, I thought I needed a transmission drain/fill, but was told that it was really a water pump that needed repair. Procedure takes two hours to do and appt. was on a Friday, 3:30. given the state the faulty part was in, Rick strongly advised me not to run the risk of driving it, and since they needed to postpone the time of repair. Even though it was a holiday weekend, they gave me one of their loaners and assured my car's repairs would be completed by the following Tuesday (after the holiday on Monday). Sure enough, it was done Tuesday morning and it runs great. They did not need to do the transmission maintenance service, but did advise I do it in the next few months. Only charged for the work they did and was actually needed at the time. No pressure to do anything else. I departed with the usual rose with my receipt.
