I started to experience issues with my heating system in my 2003 Chevy Malibu. After adding coolant and it started to happen again I decided to contact Rick's as I've heard good things from other people about their service. I called and they got me is quickly and assessed the issue, as well as quoting me a price to have it fixed. They also did a full check of my vehicle and advised me of some other problems that would need to be addressed sometime in the future should I decide to keep my vehicle long-term. Once I heard the list, and the total price for all things including the heating problem I was more than happy to ask them to please move forward. They promised to have my car back to me by the end of the day barring any issues sourcing parts and they came though. I know that as a woman, sometimes I feel as though mechanics try to talk over my head about what's going on with my car, BUT at no time did I feel this way when discussing things with Rick. He also did NOT try to pressure me into fixing the additional issues, just added them as a 'think about for future reference' comment, nor was there any type of 'up-selling' going on. I will continue to take my car (and any future vehicles I get) to Rick's Auto Service and will be recommending them to friends and family.
