Rick's Auto Service fixed our heater. Before we brought in the car to Rick's, heat flowed out of the heater only if the engine speed topped 1500 rpm. The passenger compartment stayed cool in the sub-freezing weather. After we brought in the car, irregardless of the engine speed, after the engine warmed up, the heat roared into the passenger compartment.

I have taken my vehicles to Rick's for many years; that alone will tell you what I think. I find them to be fast, accurate , and very thorough. I have never had to take my vehicle back to fix or re-fix what I had taken it in for, in fact they will call and inform me of potential other problems or fixes I might need,
